Psychologcial Coaching & Fitness Training
With a master’s degree in Psychology, Business & Economics and extensive training as a psychological counselor, I help my clients develop clarity, self-efficacy, and inner balance. As a certified fitness trainer, I’m here to support you in strengthening your body, too. And as a practing mindfulness and breathwork advocate I connect spirit and body.
